LabelVault is an independent archive for small fashion labels, currently run as a non-profit: no ads, no fees and no sales, and all running costs are covered out of pocket. No purchases are made through this site; records link directly to the brands' own shops. No entry in the commercial register exists at this time, and no VAT identification number (§ 27a UStG) or business identification number (§ 139c AO) has been issued yet.
We keep the vault lean. If you create a wardrobe account we store your email address and the records you save. Beyond that, the site runs anonymous analytics (Google Analytics, IP-truncated) — but only after you press OK on the cookie notice. No advertising profiles, no data sales.
Technical logs (IP address, request time) exist briefly for security and abuse prevention and are discarded. Data is processed on the basis of contract performance (your wardrobe) and legitimate interest (running and securing the site), hosted within the EU/EEA where possible.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion or export of your data at any time via the contact address above, and you may lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Deleting your account removes your wardrobe with it.
The index is an independent editorial archive. Listings are informational; we aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee every record is complete or current. Brands and imagery remain the property of their respective owners; takedown requests via the contact address are honoured promptly.
Liability for indirect damages arising from use of the site is excluded to the extent permitted by Dutch law. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
One local entry remembers that you closed the notice — functional storage that is permitted without consent because the site needs it to work. If you press OK on the notice, Google Analytics also sets its (anonymous, IP-truncated) cookies so we can see which records get read. Decline by simply closing the notice without pressing OK, or clear site data afterwards. No advertising or social-media cookies, and no data is sold.
